Into the finance division, (composed of 63 teammates and 8 multi-job teams) the Italian Financial Organisation Team is looking for a new teammate to join our project, dedicated to the New Business Process development (circularity, B2B and digital businesses).

You will join the New Businesses process and you will be actor in the growth of the new businesses according the responsibilities of your role:

- Analysis and financial validation of new businesses that will be launched with a start-up approach and lead to profitability. You will need to be aware of the risks and potentialities of the projects and coordinate all the financial resources to guarantee a secure flown architecture and accurate fiscal and accounting records.
- Lead the change: To manage successful projects and accompany the local finance transformation project.
- Guarantee the security & compliance of the process allowing timely audits according to the risks identified with the collaboration of the internal control.
- Push the efficiency: To work on Lean, efficiency and automation. To identify and understand local needs, analyze and challenge the existing, improve and find a new way of doing things.
- Functional management: both with the local and united team.
- To share best practices and cooperate with an international network and other local services and activities.
- Ready to commit for an experience of at least 3 years
- You have successful experienced the project management
- Ability to cooperate: you have recognized and horizontal leadership and you have already practiced functional management
- Proactive and focused on actions and challenges in order to pursue goals: improvement is a must for you
- Responsible and autonomous team player, able to take decisions
- Ability to communicate directly and smartly (good interpersonal skills)
- Quick learner, well organized and multi-tasker
- Good analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills
- Positive vision: you put opportunities first, you are attentive to the possibilities for development and innovation that have not been tested yet, you are enthusiastic about facing new experiences.
