**Job Profile**:
- The Open To Buy Staff are responsible for all operational activities, including technical ones, related to the implementation of new product arrivals and restocking. The core responsibilities of the role are: 1) scheduling new product arrivals in coordination with the other company offices involved 2) ensuring compliance with production deadlines and timing in coordination with the other company offices involved 3) handling product data and information in internal information systems.
**Responsabilità Chiave**:
- 1.01 Collabora con il Responsabile dell'area, al controllo dell'avanzamento del processo, in particolare sugli obiettivi di consegna, eventuali scadenze intermedie e in generale al piano stagionale di inserimento prodotto
1.02 Si coordina con le aree aziendali (acquisti, produzione e logística) per la gestione delle problematiche quali-quantitative (es: materiali, fattibilità, tempi di consegna) relative al prodotto
1.03 Cura la gestione, l'aggiornamento e il monitoraggio dei dati e delle informazioni di prodotto nei sistemi informativi interni
1.04 Si coordina con gli enti commerciali per la spedizione e consegna del prodotto alla rete distributiva secondo il piano e i tempi stabiliti
1.05 Promuove lo sviluppo dell'apprendimento di Ruolo mediante attività proattive, di team e digital, finalizzate all'innovazione ed al miglioramento di efficacia/efficienza delle proprie Responsabilità
1.06 Promuove, adotta e sviluppa l'utilizzo di tecnologie digitali all'interno della propria funzione in relazione sia alla gestione del processo che nelle relazioni con gli interlocutori interni ed esterni coinvolti nel business
1.07 Adotta comportamenti significativi e promuove azioni operative/culturali per lo Sviluppo Sostenibile, inteso come interconnessione di pratiche orientate alla Cura di 'Ambiente, Processi di Business e Comunità Organizzativa.
