**Chi stiamo cercando**
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Assistant & Order Officer** che seguirà, con autonomia e responsabilità, la corretta gestione delle segreterie generale e commerciale, fornendo supporto nella gestione di gare d’appalto private e pubbliche.
La risorsa selezionata collaborerà giornalmente all’aggiornamento del CRM ed alla gestione dei portali e-procurement, per quanto concerne le gare d’appalto. Presterà inoltre supporto alle attività legate a pratiche e richieste di segreteria generale.
**Che cosa prevede il ruolo**
- Protocollazione offerte commerciali, archiviazione ordini e aggiornamento del CRM;
- Attività di segreteria generale (es. gestione del centralino; gestione, invio e ricezione di corrispondenza, posta e posta certificata; archiviazione pratiche);
- Supporto alle aree di vendita e prevendita nella compilazione di configuratori per prezzi di listino e per l’inoltro, in caso di visita presso cliente, di documentazione (presentazioni - schede marketing) e/o di ulteriori informazioni su ordini caricati;
- Supporto alla redazione di offerte commerciali;
- Monitoraggio e gestione degli affari generali;
- Organizzazione di trasferte (prenotazione viaggi e pernottamenti);
- Supporto all’ufficio marketing durante gli eventi di distretto per gestione nominativi, registrazioni e recall;
- Supporto nell’organizzazione di eventi, meeting o corsi di formazione.
**Requisiti richiesti**
- ** Iscrizione alle liste per il collocamento mirato delle persone con disabilità; La ricerca è rivolta in particolare a persone tutelate dalla legge n. 68 del 12 marzo 1999;**:
- Diploma e/o laurea in discipline economiche/umanistiche;
- Richiesta esperienza di minimo un anno in ruolo affine. È preferenziale la provenienza da aziende del settore informatico o studi contabili/amministrativi;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto completo office (Word, Excel, Power Point) e della posta elettronica Outlook Express;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

- Problem solving e capacità di affrontare con un atteggiamento equilibrato situazioni di lavoro difficili e impegnative, quali elevati carichi di lavoro o scadenze pressanti;
