**Main Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop innovative designs of seasonal collections for Haute Couture Man and Woman Bags Category and MTO
- Manage the design process from concept to production of finished collections, providing conceptual and creative directions
- Make sketches and create designs by hand or using computer-aided design
- Work cross-functionally and timely with Product Development, Merchandising and sales to determine style, materials, color and in order to develop successful products
- Work closely with Clients to realize and develop new customized iconic products
- Search and select materials
- Research and stay on top of current trends & applies trends to product design
- Create and deliver product presentations
- Collaborate with other designers to coordinate special products and designs
- Support the organization of worldwide projects and events

**Profile**:

- Fashion Design Studies Background
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience within the luxury industry
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Knowledge of Excel
- Fluency in English is a must. French is a plus.
- Proactive and empathic approach with a commercial mindset
- Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and availability to travel for World Wilde Events and Projects
