**Job Description**:
Our ibis Firenze Nord Aeroporto is actively looking for a Maintenance agent who will be responsible for the implementation of the maintenance programs, for the reactive and preventive maintenance of the Hotel site, to ensure it remains a functional, pleasant and safe environment for all employees, guests and visitors.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including repairs, modifications, and installation work.
- Lead the maintenance function by providing reactive and proactive multi-skilled service across the hotel's operational equipment and infrastructure.
- Responsible for the creation of a planned schedule and overseeing compliance and timely completion of work carried out.
- Increase operational efficiency of facilities, improve project delivery, reduce machine room downtime.
- Manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
- Lead the team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures, whilst leading the department and mentoring direct reports.
- Implement and manage the continuous improvement of maintenance services, highlighting the recommendation of changes where necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification required: maintenance area
- Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of air conditioning, construction, electricity, plumbing, and mechanics in general.
- Organization and flexibility.
- Commitment and availability.
- Resolute attitude.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Good administrative follow-up and ability to work as part of a team.
- Service attitude, good treatment and good interpersonal relations.
- Versatile and adaptable.
- Command of the different technical areas of the hotel.
- Essential language: Italian and fluent English.
- Good IT skills.
- Availability to work in rotating schedules.
