Based in Italy, we are searching for a talented and courageous quoting technician, specialized in heat exchangers, who share our values, with innovative capacity for working with us by integrating in a diverse team that work together.

In particular, the resource will be the commercial contact with customers and Area managers/ agents. He/She will dealwith commercial offers for customers, either by preparing them directly or by providing support in their preparation. (including thermodynamic calculations). Finally, he/she will send quotations to the customer and coordinate with the sales team.

**Work Experience & Education Requirements**
- Preferred qualifications: technical diploma
- Management of objectives, priorities and be able to organize own work according to deadlines and possible tight deadlines
- Flexibility according to company demands and dynamic environment
- Ability to identify and overcome obstacles, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Knowledge of mechanical drawing
- Good knowledge of English and Spanish, written and spoken
- Knowledge of thermodynamics
- Natural leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a team
- ~3-5 years in similar role
- Strong Sales orientation
- Experience of working within a fast moving and dynamic environment
- Management of objectives, priorities and be able to organize own work and supporting team work.
- Ambitious, results-oriented, but also a team player able to work in and with a team.
- Italian & English is a must and other European language a plus (Spanish, French)

**What will you be doing in this role?**

The resource will be responsible for:

- Quotations and offers. Analysis of customers’ requests to provide the best economical solution with the quotation
- Technical & thermodynamic calculations with UNILAB for standard ventilated units
- Communications and support with customers, agents and Area Mangers
- Customer order entry to secure the best communications and support with internal offices (quality, customer service, planning, administration, logistic and technical office)
- Preparation of drawing and documents information for the tech office to attach with orders
- All info post orders (advanced, postponements, cancellations and many others request of info from/to customers)
