Introduction
We are looking for a figure who take care of the internal support of our technical department. His role will be to guarantee and ensure that some internal procedures related to the warranty and control process of our products are completed following the standards required by Shimano Eu and Shimano Japan. His/her role will be decisive in supporting our Service Team and giving to our dealers the best possible service support.
The Challenge
- Following technical information and internally shared procedures, supporting Shimano Service team in the evaluation of the requests of components coming from our dealers.
- Provide periodical reporting to his/her direct manager on both the requests handled and those requiring further investigation.
- Communicate the correct data to the parent company regarding the work carried out.
- Re-contact customers if the information received is not complete.
- Organize pickups of products to be collected from dealers.
- The job will be done exclusively via PC.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to work with a pc in general, ability to work contemporaneously on different tools and platforms.
- Good Knowledge of Office tool.
- Ability to reporting and overlook his/her own work.
- Precision and seriousness.
- Good level of English (Writing and reading the most)
- Knowledge of Shimano Bike products will be a plus.
