**Responsabilità**
La persona sarà coinvolta nel processo di sviluppo dei prodotti relativi alle collezioni del Brand Zanotta, seguendone ogni fase.

Inserita nella funzione Marketing, la persona parteciperà alla definizione iniziale del concept del prodotto da sviluppare, gestirà le relazioni con gli stakeholders coinvolti nel Progetto, conducendo analisi sui competitors e sui dati di vendita con lo scopo di tenere traccia dell’andamento dei prodotti successivamente al loro lancio sul mercato.

Sarà inoltre chiamata a fornire, sulla base delle evidenze riscontrate dalle analisi, eventuali suggerimenti per il miglioramento delle performance di vendita in ottica strategica.

**Principali attività**
Riportando direttamente al Marketing Director di Cassina, le principali attività in cui la persona verrà coinvolta includono, ma non sono limitate a:

- Effettuare analisi dei dati di vendita;
- Monitorare i principali indicatori commerciali ed economici (KPI);
- Verificare gli scostamenti budget e fatturato;
- Svolgere attività di sales forecasting;
- Predisporre reportistica commerciale periodica;
- Fornire dati quantitativi e statistiche accurate;
- Utilizzo strumenti di business intelligence;
- Individuare trend significativi e opportunità di sviluppo del business;
- Proporre azioni per ottimizzare le performance di vendita e massimizzare i profitti.

**Formazione ed esperienze lavorative**
- Il profilo ricercato è in possesso di Laurea in Economia e/o Marketing;
- L’aver maturato esperienza in ruolo analogo sarà considerato un plus;
- Aver maturato esperienza in contesti internazionali nel settore Design/Lusso sarà considerato requisito preferenziale.

**Competenze ed abilità**
- L’ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese è un requisito indispensabile;
- Eccellente conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Serietà, precisione e riservatezza;
- Ottime doti di analisi;
- Proattività e problem solving;
- Orientamento al risultato.
