**HSE Manager**:
La figura risponderà al Group Engineering Manager e le principali responsabilità saranno:
Definire, sviluppare e implementare politiche, procedure e programmi per garantire la salute, la sicurezza e la sostenibilità ambientale all'interno dell'organizzazione.
Assicurare il rispetto di tutte le leggi, i regolamenti e gli standard relativi alla salute, sicurezza e ambiente, nonché il mantenimento della certificazione ISO e altre certificazioni pertinenti.
Condurre valutazione dei rischi e identificare potenziali rischi per la salute, la sicurezza e l'ambiente sul luogo di lavoro, implementando misure preventive e correttive appropriate.
Organizzare e fornire formazione e sensibilizzazione in materia di HSE per i dipendenti, garantendo che siano consapevoli dei rischi e delle procedure di sicurezza.
Identificare e segnalare eventuali problemi di sicurezza sul lavoro.
Condurre indagini sugli incidenti e gli infortuni sul lavoro, identificando le cause
**Stesura della documentazione técnica**: relazioni e documenti di valutazione;
Supporto allo sviluppo di iniziative/progetti HSE mirati al continuo miglioramento della cultura della sicurezza
Gestione documentale, organizzazione e archivio
Supervisionare la gestione sicura dei rifiuti e delle sostanze pericolose, garantendo il rispetto delle normative e la riduzione dell'impatto ambientale.
Condurre audit e ispezioni periodiche per verificare il rispetto delle politiche HSE e identificare aree di miglioramento.
Collaborare con i dipartimenti interni, le autorità governative, i fornitori e i clienti per garantire la conformità normativa e promuovere una cultura della sicurezza e della sostenibilità.

**Requisiti**:
Gradita laurea in ingegneria ambientale, ingegneria della sicurezza, scienze ambientali o campo correlato.
Certificazione in sicurezza sul lavoro o esperienza equivalente.
Esperienza pregressa nella gestione della salute, sicurezza e ambiente, preferibilmente in un ambiente industriale.
Conoscenza approfondita delle normative e degli standard HSE.
Capacità dimostrate di gestire progetti e risorse in modo efficace.
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e leadership.
