Principali Attività
- Monitorare l’andamento delle produzioni relative ad eventi/manifestazioni della Business Unit Fiere e Sviluppo (ad esempio produzioni istituzionali legate al core business come l’area fumetto);
- Costruire un sistema di reporting;
- Definire ed implementare con la Direzione Generale le linee strategiche di sviluppo e produzione della BU Fiere e Sviluppo, assicurandone la corretta esecuzione;
- Coordinare la progettazione e la definizione della strategia di potenziali nuovi eventi;
- Gestire e definire il Business Plan dei singoli nuovi progetti: fieristico e/o di altra natura;
- Monitorare il coordinamento delle agenzie di Marketing Partner e PR della sezione Fiere e Sviluppo;
- Definire con la Direzione Generale le linee strategiche e la produzione dei materiali di comunicazione e dell’immagine corporate;
- Rappresentare la società con il socio pubblico relativamente ai contenuti delle manifestazioni promosse da Lucca Crea;
- Promuovere i valori aziendali presso il network dei collaboratori e dei dipendenti della società.

Requisiti

**Fondamentali/Must have**
- **Laurea (vecchio ordinamento / magistrale);**:

- L'aver maturato comprovata esperienza professionale di almeno 5 anni in società pubbliche o private, fondazioni o enti del terzo settore, ivi compresa la pubblica amministrazione, con attività legata alla **gestione, organizzazione e produzione dei contenuti per eventi o fiere**.
- **Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese** (livello B2 o equivalente), tale da consentire di sostenere in modo fluido un meeting di lavoro o un colloquio di selezione.

Pacchetto Retributivo
- CCNL **Commercio Quadro **della durata di** 1 anno **prorogabile fino ad un massimo di **altri 12 mesi** e con possibile **conversione** del rapporto a **tempo indeterminato**;
- Retribuzione annua lorda di € 38.526,88;
- Inizio dell'attività lavorativa entro e non oltre il **02.09.2024**.

Azienda

Lucca Crea, società di proprietà del Comune di Lucca, che svolge per il Comune stesso le attività di natura fieristico/congressuale e culturale tra cui: la gestione del **Polo Fiere e Congressi**, la realizzazione delle due manifestazioni dedicate alla giardinicola e alla botanica **Verdemura **e **Murabilia**, e **Lucca Comics & Games**, la principale manifestazione dedicata al gioco e al fumetto con lo scopo di sviluppare il patrimonio accumulato in cinquant’anni di storia.
