**Posizione**:
We are looking for a BI Analyst whose main responsabilities will be:

- Ensure data consistency of the BI tool across the regions
- Collaborate with IT team ensuring the maintenance of the BI tool and its data set
- Develop effective management dashboards to concisely explain complex data and present results
- Deliver regularly daily and monthly reports and dashboards to the addressed team
- Collaborate with Global and local team to perform data analysis and processes’ optimization
- Collaborate regularly with local teams to monitor the accuracy of reports and their outcomes
- Streamline available reports and data integration
- Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Define internal KPIs, based on local requirements, to monitor the Company performances
- Share best practices and streamline data flow by introducing internal procedures
- Train local users and monitor users’ effectiveness

**Requisiti**:
Degree in Economics, Statistic, Matematich is preferable

Good knowledge of Data analytics, Qlick sense, query on database

Good Knowledge of Office (Excel) and English language

Immediate availability, proactivity, desire to grow
