IT SOURCING &
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT EXPERT

Il\ La IT sourcing &
contract management expert parteciperà alla definizione della sourcing strategy della direzione, alla gestione delle attività di approvvigionamento, monitoraggio e gestione dei contratti dell’area.

All’interno del team IT Sourcing &
**Contract Management ti occuperai di**:
Assicurare il monitoraggio del portafoglio di contratti ict della società gestendo attività di definizione di nuovi contratti / estensioni di contratti in essere e garantendo gli adempimenti previsti dalle normative e dalle procedure interne
Supportare le analisi di sourcing strategy in ottica di spending review, market scouting e definizione delle strategie interne (esempio definizione della strategia di gara o assegnazione diretta)
Supportare le attività di rfi (request for information) e rfq (request for quotation) dalla raccolta dei requisiti tecnici, stesura dei documenti di gara, gestione del processo di rfi/rfq, valutazione proposte, e assegnazione dell’aggiudicatario
Gestire il reporting verticale tramite dashboard di sintesi
Gestire l’esecuzione contrattuale assicurando che tutti i termini e condizioni definite in sede di contratto siano rispettati
Segnalare tempestivamente alla funzione approvvigionante e alle altre unità interessate le eventuali anomalie e/o dispute rilevate durante l’esecuzione del contratto e gestirle coerentemente con le decisioni interne definite
Monitorare le performance del fornitore secondo contratto e calcolare eventuali penali in linea con i termini contrattuali

**Questa è l’opportunità per te se rispondi a questi requisiti**:
Laurea magistrale in economia, informatica, ingegneria informatica o ingegneria gestionale. Potranno essere presi in considerazione titoli di studi diversi a fronte di una significativa esperienza nel ruolo
Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 7 anni maturata in ambito IT, di cui almeno 4 anni in ambito It Vendor Management e/o Contract Management, preferibilmente presso primarie società di consulenza e/o presso aziende di grandi dimensioni

**Comprovata conoscenza dei processi ICT**:
comprensione di logiche e processi sdlc (software development life cycle) e itsm (it service management), in contesti waterfall e agile/devops
Comprovata conoscenza ed esperienza di gestione processi e strumenti di contract management, vendor performance management, contract change in ambito IT
Competenze nella gestione sia di contratti IT professional services che di sw licences
Conoscenza dei modelli di monitoraggio sla/kpi applicati ai contratti it e della metodologia function point
Comprensione delle implicazioni contrattuali degli aspetti di cyber security, data protection, sox e dei principali aspetti legali della contrattualistica per software e servizi
Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali
Eventuali corsi di formazione specialistica e certificazioni saranno considerati un plus (es. itil, cobit, prince2/pmp)
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
