We are looking for an Strategy, Innovation & Governance to join our headquarters at SantAgata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of.

You will have the responsibility to support the definition of the overall Strategy and its harmonization across all business and technical domains, andsteer initiatives and projects to foster innovation and knowledge sharing among. Moreover, you will also be responsible for Governance, defining internal processes, agile methodologies and project management tools as well as standards for internal and external communication and management reporting.

Definition and harmonization of Strategy among the different business processes and technical domains Setting up collaboration and networking with VW Group innovation hubs, external start-up, universities Supporting all domains in preliminary scouting activities for new technologies & solutions, PoC, etc Fostering internal sharing and communication regarding new technologies and in general on innovation topics Steering of specific innovative projects for or cross business functions (e.g. pilot projects for new technologies, cross functional technologies) Steering of internal processes for projects and project portfolio management:
definition and implementation of local methodology, standards and tools for tracking projects targets (plan, milestones, resources and financials, risks) in alignment with VW Group and Audi standards and agile oriented Being responsible for continuous improvement of core internal processes and tools (e.g. Budget management) Defining standards for internal, Company and Group reporting ( KPIs, dashboards and standards like project status report), communication and management|Board reporting ( Steering Committee) About you

University Degree in technical field, preferably in Information Technology Engineering At least 5 years experience in a similar role Strategic planning & execution Innovation management Experience in digital transformation programs, digital platforms|ecosystems and innovative technologies Experience in business process analysis, design and improvement Basic knowledge of cloud computing Knowledge of general Processes Knowledge of Project Management and Agile Framework Knowledge of ITIL Framework Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus Proactivity & Flexibility Innovation oriented Relational and negotiation skills Team building Problem Solving and Multitasking Good verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills What we offer
