**Cosa fa la struttura Tax & Income**

Si interfaccia con importante clientela istituzionale (Banche di investimento estere, Banche Italiane e investitori istituzionali), supportando i clienti nella comprensione a livello operativo della tassazione italiana applicata a strumenti di investimento italiani ed esteri ed alla finanza straordinaria (fusioni ed acquisizioni, aumenti di capitale, etc.).

Ha una relazione diretta con gli emittenti e con il Ministero delle Finanze.

Collabora a stretto contatto con il pool di esperti fiscali nell’analisi degli impatti delle riforme fiscali/di mercato e con i Team operativi dislocati nelle sedi internazionali del gruppo BNP Paribas.

**Cosa significa fare uno stage in Securities Services - Tax & Income**

Ricevere una formazione strutturata da parte di professionisti di una banca internazionale, distribuita globalmente ed inserita nel polo _Corporate Investment Banking_, con una copertura di servizi alla clientela completa. In particolare, la persona in stage si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- analisi eventi societari e di finanza straordinaria per la determinazione degli impatti sulla clientela;
- affiancamento agli Account Manager Senior della clientela istituzionale italiana ed estera;
- supporto al Team Leader sulle evoluzioni organizzative del Team rispetto ai cambiamenti di mercato;
- supporto al Team Leader rispetto allo status di _qualified intermediary_ (_US Taxation_);
- gestione di rapporti consolidati con il Ministero del Tesoro e relative dichiarazioni;
- gestione rapporti consolidati con emittenti di strumenti finanziari italiani;
- analisi di strumenti finanziari italiani ed esteri in portafoglio della clientela;
- riconciliazione delle evidenze bancarie.

**Requisiti minimi per partecipare alle selezioni**
- Formazione: laurea in Economia con percorsi di specializzazione incentrati su fiscalità e finanza.
- Competenze comportamentali: precisione, flessibilità, capacità di rispettare le deadline anche in un contesto di pressione e teamworking.
- Competenze tecniche: buona conoscenza del funzionamento dei mercati finanziari; buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office

**Durata e retribuzione**

Il contratto di stage ha una durata di 6 mesi.

E’ previsto un rimborso spese mensile.
