Per importante e storica Azienda del settore metalmeccanico ricerchiamo un PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Monitoraggio della produzione per aiutare a garantire la massima produttività, il raggiungimento dei target e la soddisfazione del cliente in concerto con Capi Reparto, addetto pianificazione produzione, Reparto Manutenzione;
- Implementazione del miglioramento continuo al fine di mantenere alti standard di qualità ed efficienza, tramite l'ottimizzazione delle singole fasi di lavorazione e degli interi processi;
- Coordinamento della Produzione e gestione dei rapporti con tutte le altre funzioni aziendali (con focus specifico su Ufficio Tecnico, SCM, Infrastrutture e Qualità);
- Sviluppo delle misure e azioni specifiche per il raggiungimento dei target di produzione definiti dalla Direzione Generale;
- Vigilanza e rispetto della corretta applicazione delle procedure di Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente;
- Progettazione e implementazione di interventi di manutenzione di edifici/impianti, automazione e innovazione di processo;
- Monitoraggio del processo di manutenzione, sviluppando strategie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati;
- Gestione della fornitura di contratti relativi a manutenzione, pezzi di ricambio e assistenza, nonché manuali per l'uso e la manutenzione di tutte le nuove macchine e impianti acquisiti e inseriti nello stabilimento.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria ad indirizzo tecnico o gestionale;
- Almeno 5 anni nel ruolo in aziende specializzate in lavorazione meccanica CNC;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza processi produttivi e di miglioramento Continuo;
- Capacità di collaborare alla redazione dei budget di produzione, responsabilità nel contenimento dei costi del settore di sua competenza;
- Capacità di problem solving, organizzative, di comunicazione efficace e spiccata capacità di leadership.
