HEAD BARTENDER_**.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Head Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. The Head Bartender is able to create classic, innovative and amazing drinks exceeding Guest’ needs, expectations and desires, never tested before.

You must be a contributor to the Restaurant success working full dedicated and acknowledging the contribution of others, interacting actively with co-workers from other sectors (Reception, Kitchen, F&B Procurement) improving Team Working.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with Guests, assess their needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Stay guest focused and nurture provide an excellent guest experience processing the order, preparing drinks & cocktails, monitoring the service
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Coordinate time scheduling, manage daily pre-opening meeting,
- Ensure everything was ready for the opening; endure the closing activities was done.
- Updated bar menù and ensure the menù are ready for the service
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

**Requisiti**:
**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Passion involving cocktails
- Teamwork oriented
- Fluency in English, other language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Computer literacy
- Mixology training certificate is a plus
- 2+ years’ previous experience in the role
