Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Junior Production & Production Developer da inserire all’interno del nostro dipartimentoProduzione a diretto riporto della figura di R&D and Production Manager.

La risorsa:

- Lavora a stretta collaborazione con il PM, Designers e produttori
- Guida lo sviluppo delle collezioni con obiettivi di costo allineati ai target prefissati
- Si occupa di ricerca materiali (tessuti, filati e accessori)
- Prepara e aggiorna le distinte base
- Supporta il PM pianificando e monitorando tutti i prodotti affinché venga rispettato il timing
- Garantisce che gli standard di qualità del prodotto vengano eseguiti, adottando metodi e processi e garantendo il flusso di lavoro
- Segue lanci di produzione e follow-up giornaliero con i produttori, occupandosi di far rispettare il timing richiesto

Profilo
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo del prodotto in un'azienda di abbigliamento
- Conoscenza delle basi modellistiche
- Familiarità con tessuti, tecniche di stampa, ricami e sviluppo accessori
- PC Skills ed in particolare pacchetto office
- Attitudine al lavoro in team
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
- Ottime capacità relazionali
