DESCRIZIONE RUOLO
All’interno della direzione Product & Content Delivery l’area di Customer Readiness and Product Validation & Quality ha come obiettivo quello di verificare la readiness dei processi sia TV che Broadband prima che siano resi disponibili ai clienti per tutti quei programmi che hanno un impatto significativo sulla Customer Experience. Inoltre, ha l’obiettivo di assicurare la maturità End-to-End di Prodotti e Servizi TV ed OTT prima del lancio sul mercato e post lancio supportando le operations in life.
Al suo interno opera la struttura
_TV Products Compliance & Quality_ che ha la responsabilità di gestire la qualità dei prodotti TV così come percepita dai clienti monitorandola e migliorandole i livelli in linea con gli obiettivi fissati. Per questa area stiamo cercando un Product Quality Manager.
- Presidiare la qualità dei prodotti Core distribuiti sul mercato, con particolare attenzione alla qualità percepita dal cliente, collaborando sia con team locali che di gruppo
- Garantire che la qualità dei prodotti sia tenuta sotto controllo attraverso il monitoraggio dei relativi indicatori di performance
- Promuovere iniziative per migliorare i livelli di qualità così da garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi richiesti.
- Garantire una risposta adeguata ai problemi di qualità sollevati dai clienti o durante l'evoluzione dei prodotti
- Promuovere i requisiti di qualità necessari nella fase iniziale dello sviluppo del prodotto
- Supportare team e progetti interni con analisi basate sui dati di telemetria
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria o Informatica;
- Conoscenza dei prodotti DTH / SoIP unita ad una buona comprensione delle funzionalità fornite e del loro funzionamento;
- Esperienza nella gestione dei dati e nell'analisi guidata dai dati;
- Capacità di comunicare argomenti tecnici ad un’audience eterogenea, técnica e non técnica;
- Buona padronanza dell’Inglese.
