Company Description Our customer is an innovative and fast-growing multinational company leader in the roofing and waterproofing solutions. To support a very intensive transformation process we are looking for a Pricing Manager Italy, Adriatics & Bulgaria who will implement and develop the pricing strategy and tactics coordinating and working close to the main company departments:
sales, finance, marketing and will deal either locally or internationally on a daily basis. Job Description Directly reporting to the Transformation Director Italy will be responsible of the following main tasks:

- Define Pricing strategies and coordinate the List Price increase process in conjunction with Product Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and Controlling - Review List Price throughout the year to timely respond to costs fluctuation and other market developments - Create and maintain Pricing Reporting tools to steer the KPIs above defined - Review margins for existing products/establishes margins for new products to meet strategic goals and identify pricing positioning errors and indicates new pricing opportunities, checking the market for pricing-related benchmarking and cutting-edge (strategic) pricing techniques - Create a ‘Pricing Mindset’ into the organization focusing on Sales Team first (e.g training how to use Pricing Reporting tools, Pricing negotiations.) and manage Pricing Governance & Process Documentation owner Qualifications Requirements:

- Master's / University degree, preferably strongly quantitative (Finance /economics / business) - More than 1 year of professional experience in Pricing roles (preferably in the construction industry or in a business where Merchants and Wholesalers have a strong role in the value chain) - Excellent written and oral communication skills (Italian and English):
able to effectively present work and analysis in a clear, logical and concise manner to management and members of the organization (i.e., group, finance, marketing) - Analytical approach combined with flexibility to change and adapting to an evolving environment Place of Work:
