About the role We are looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about our mission and is ready to take responsibility for the quality of products that can save people's lives. We love to automatically measure and monitor everything and, as a Software Engineer, you will help design and implement internal tools to make sure that our products and systems are robust and reliable, so our team can quickly release new features and our users are satisfied with the quality of our products. Your contribution to the mission Help the team establishing testing frameworks and tools and processes for the entire engineering team Automating and speeding Confidenziale testing of every new release of our apps|devices Work on tools to give visibility on the entire software pipeline and products usage where issues can be easily spotted on the fly Building tests for, -based, firmware, and desktop solutions Proactively identify opportunities to improve the process by working with internal product teams Building and maintaining effective automated tools to run unit, integration, and acceptance tests. Extend and enhance common test frameworks used by engineering teams to drive their tests Share your software expertise and passion training the engineering team on best practices related to processes, tools, and testing methodologies Growing and consolidating the Quality culture within Empatica Other cool things that you might be involved in Collaborate with DevOps to make sure the testing process is fast and seamlessly integrated with the development process Working with our data team to ensure research algorithms are behaving the same in both research and production environments Develop and perform tests to assess the quality of the data acquired by our sensors Get involved in the design ofmachines that help the development and tuning of new sensors Some important details:

If things are done manually in a repetitive way, it is the right time to automate Advocate for quality from the scratch Beauty is in the details, and so are the worst bugs. Work with laser focus attentive to the details Analytical thinking, working ambitiously with steadfast common sense. Strong Technical knowledge Has 2 years of experience in Software Development. Has experience in testing iOS and Android, testing front end and REST API. Has experience in writing, executing, and validating tests across the full test spectrum functional, non-functional, regression, integration, Confidenziale, load, UAT, security. Has experience setting Confidenziale and maintaining containerised and cloud-based testing environments. Has experience configuring continuous integration environments such as Bitrise, Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild.
