**Job Description**:
Virgin Fibra Head of Sales & Product defines, articulates and implements the organisation's strategy for selling products or services. He/She collaborates with the CCO in forecasting strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability.

He/She will communicate with absolute transparency cooperating with colleagues.

Virgin Head of Sales & Product is expected to adopt & actively communicate Virgin Values and Environmental, Social and Governance commitments.

Activities & Responsibilities
- Actively seeks out major customers and forms good relationships with key influencers and buyers.
- Collaborates with members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets.
- Defines the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
- Together with the CCO, develops a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunities.
- Directs the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Establishes customer relationship management systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
- Investigates factors impacting sales performance.
- Monitors changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
- Outlines objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships.
- Promotes positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
- Provides input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
- Reviews sales performance by analysing performance reports.

Core Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in sales through digital channels
- \+5 year of experience in TLC sector
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- Detailed understanding of addressable market, accounts, and opportunities
- Ability and experience to develop and execute sales strategies
- Ability to consistently generate new sales opportunities working closely with the Marketing and Finance teams
- English level: at least B2
