Valet Driver

**Position**: Valet Driver - Season 2023 (Full time, Temporary / Seasonal #533595)

**Property / Office**: Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como

**Location**: Lake Como, Italy

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests to the Resort and offer professional valet services
- Accommodate guests by opening car doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items
- Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services
- Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot
- Ensure vehicles are correctly parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
- Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return
- Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions
- Report any security or safety problems, safety hazards and potential security problems to the supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving records
- Ability to communicate professionally at least in fluent Italian and fluent English
- Good standing and neat appearance
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission
