Descrizione del lavoro

Enpal è alla ricerca di un* Procurement Coordinator per la logística. La figura professionale selezionata avrà la responsabilità di coordinare gli acquisti di prodotti e materiali necessari per la logística, garantendo l'ottimizzazione dei costi, la tempestività delle consegne e la qualità dei prodotti. La persona in questo ruolo sarà responsabile di costruire e gestire le operazioni di approvvigionamento locale italiano (diretto + indiretto), collaborando con il team della sede centrale in Germania per l'approvvigionamento di articoli a livello internazionale.

Responsabilità:

- Coordinamento e pianificazione degli acquisti di prodotti e materiali, per i nostri clienti e per l’efficiente esecuzione delle attivita’ day-to-day
- Gestione del processo di approvvigionamento, dalla richiesta di acquisto alla ricezione della merce
- Valutazione dei fornitori e negoziazione dei prezzi e delle condizioni contrattuali
- Monitoraggio e controllo delle performance dei fornitori
- Gestione delle relazioni con i fornitori e le altre funzioni interne
- Identificazione di opportunità di miglioramento dei processi di approvvigionamento

Qualifiche
- Laurea in Business/Management, Economia o discipline correlate
- 4+ anni di esperienza professionale in un ambiente internazionale ad alte prestazioni, preferibilmente con esperienza in approvvigionamento strategico e operativo
- Conoscenza dei principi e delle tecniche di negoziazione e di gestione delle relazioni con i fornitori
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Abitudine a lavorare in team e forte attitudine al problem solving
- Capacità di gestire simultaneamente molteplici priorità rispettando le scadenze
- Attenzione ai dettagli
- Excel mastery
- Esperienza nell'uso di un ERP (preferibilmente Dynamics)
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana (C2) e della lingua inglese (C1), conoscenza della lingua tedesca costituisce un plus
