**LOCATION**
The position is located at Aman Venice, Italy.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
The HR Coordinator will play a supporting role in the smooth daily operations of the HR Department, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager.
- The incumbent in this role will take care of all administrative and employee relations of the HR department and supports the HRM in all activities relating to recruitment and training.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- CVs screening
- Posting and updating vacancies
- Support in the administrative daily activities
- Coordinate with the HRM the training program for the staff
- Organize and implement activities for the employees’ daily engagement

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in the hospitality field and similar roles
- Mandatory proficiency in Italian and English
- Excellent communication skills
