**Job Description**:
Your Challenge

We are looking for a Talented HR Admin, to join our company in our Fano Plant. Supporting the company's HR procedures and policies, You will partner with the HR team members, to ensure excellent service and consistent procedures for all employees.

You will be part of a Group where Employee experience across the lifecycle, engagement, productivity and retention are a must.

In this role you will challenge yourself to improve day-to-day HR processes and operations to take people management to the next level, driven by digitization, information, and data accuracy.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Dealing with the full employees’ life cycle, from hiring to offboarding
Manage communication with payroll providers and labor law consultant, ensuring that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time
Be primary point-person for our teams in Italy in T&A and Payroll matters

Ensure consistent compliance of corporate HR policies and processes
Draft job offer/ working contract, according to National Labour Contract and labor regulation
Your Profile

**Required**:
Master Degree in Human Resources, or Labor Consultant
Degree in Economics, Business Administration or relevant fields
2+ years experience as HR Administrator/ HR Specialist in medium-size company or Labor Consultant

**Skills**:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in high activity, dynamic environments

**Team player**: approachable; proactive and able to work without direct supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Italian and English
Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work

**Technical & Functional Competencies**:
Knowledge of Italian labor law
Knowledge of payroll procedures
Familiarity with ISO9001 HR requirements
Familiarity with the use of MS Office, Success Factor and T&A tools
Ability to interact with employees at all levels on relevant issues
Familiarity with managing confidentiality of highly sensitive information
