Our client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail Industry, is currently looking for a:
PEOPLE TRANSFORMATION LEARNING MANAGER With a global scope, the mission is to ensure a common and consistent approach in People Transformation Training initiatives across Functions and Countries for the entire Group. The People Transformation Learning Manager will work with HR to add value in meeting the Company’s needs by identifying and implementing learning improvement strategies that support the company’s strategic direction; promotes a continuous learning culture; partners with stakeholders to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain service excellence AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES Integration & New Ways of Working:
Create and implement digital learning initiatives to support the creation of a unique integrated company with high and continuously updated skills, facilitating a deeper knowledge of functions and business and supporting the target audience in developing new skills and abilities required by the phygital working environment Management and Leadership:
Design solutions by rapidly creating and developing learning programs (or blended Learning programs) that target new leadership behaviors and management competencies Onboarding:
ensure new team members are on-boarded and oriented successfully in agreement with the procedures and business needs, building custom digitallearning path; maintain an effective internal Train the Trainer program LNA & budget:
create and produces a Global Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and Training Plans aligned to company’s goals & budget cycle collecting and prioritizing needs from all the Regions; create an annual budget for all training initiatives and learning resources, including financed training where applicable Ad hoc development initiatives:
Work with HR to create ad hoc learning paths and group development initiatives linked to specific teams and business needs REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred education in HR, Communication, Psychology, Business Management At least 5 years of previous experience working in a managerial capacity within an international organization Excellent knowledge of L&D best practices Adult learning styles and principles, current on L&D trends affecting workplace learning Learning technologies, such as online learning solutions and Learning Management Systems Strong change management, project management and communication skills to manage complex global projects and international exposure Fluent in English, knowledge Italian or French will be a plus Location:
