Il Gruppo occupa oggi più di 9000 dipendenti in 23 sedi produttive e un fatturato di oltre 3 miliardi di euro, si fa inoltre portavoce di valori di Sostenibilità, Efficienza e Qualità, senza trascurare la Tradizione e l'importanza del Consumatore.

Siamo cercando un **Production Manager** da inserire all’interno dell’incubatoio con l’obiettivo di gestire in prima persona tutte le attività legate al ciclo di incubazione delle uova, garantendo la massima efficienza e produttività dello stabilimento.

Quali sono le attività che dovrai gestire in prima persona?
- Garantire il raggiungimento dei target di produttività identificando le criticità e implementando relative azioni correttive
- Organizzazione del proprio team in base ai carichi di lavoro e obiettivi prefissati
- Monitoraggio e stato di avanzamento del piano produttivo
- Proporre piani di investimento tecnico/produttivo al fine di migliorare i processi e ridurre i costi

Questo è il ruolo che fa per te se hai:

- Una Laurea in Produzioni Animali o materie affini o un Diploma in Agraria e hai maturato 3 - 4 anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo
- Spiccate capacità relazionali e organizzative, attitudine al problem solving e predisposizione al lavoro in team
- Sei flessibile, pragmatico/a e affronti le sfide con entusiasmo e semplicità
- Una visione trasversale sui processi e motivazione ad inserirsi in un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e stimolante
