**Clinical Consultant**

**Your role**
- Driving and/or the leadership of ensuring successful product adoption and optimization during and after solution implementation/delivery, aligning people and process with the technology
- Perform baseline / target workflow analysis and gap analysis
- Support project team with clinical workflow configuration on the various components of the solution
- Support project team and customer to build the User Acceptance Test (UAT) matrix, attend and/or perform test in preparation of the go-live of the solution
- Own defects related to the clinical UI and workflows, troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis where needed.
- Collaborate with support teams and R&D teams for the root cause analysis and resolution of the defects
- Elevates most severe escalations to Senior Leadership for awareness and support, both in BU and market
- Mentors and trains customers to maintain their systems
- Attend solution go-live on-site or remotely
- Document the as-built workflow and drive handover to service support
- Contributes to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assesses and shares repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projects
- Prepare and/or support configuration of demo environments to be used in customer demonstrations
- Drive live demonstrations in the context of sales opportunities or while attending congresses
- Execute activities as described in the Philips Excellence Process Framework
- Is a key member of the implementation project and/or service team; fosters collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expertise
- Drives continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedback
- Represents Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations

**You are the right fit if**
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in clinical domain, health industry leadership, health administration or related discipline required; or equivalent work experience
- Good knowledge of medical standards, such as DICOM, HL7
- Consulting and analytic skills
- Self-motivated with proven leadership ability
- Skilled at communicating and managing expectations of senior leaders, with executive presence
- Experience at improving workflow and performance
- Passionate about customer succes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

**Desired competencies**

It is highly requested to have a multi-language coverage for this role, so any additional language spoken in addition to mother language and English will be considered as a plus

High evaluation will be given to French-German speaking people
