Finance Controller

**Position overview**:
This is an interesting opportunity to join the Finance area of a structured production company in the province of Verona belonging to a multinational group.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supervise all administrative, accounting and tax activities, and interface with external consultants and auditors for the fulfillment of civil and tax regulations
- Management control activities (budgeting, controlling, reporting) by interfacing with all company interlocutors
- Prepare the financial statements and monthly management financial statements for group reporting, with variance analysis
- Supervise treasury activities with reference to the management of short/medium/long-term cash planning
- Manage communications with the parent company, relating to all administrative and financial aspects and management control
- Coordinate the administrative and management control staff
- Prepare the internal controls required by Sarban Oxley
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Management of the main contracts and supervision of the purchasing process
- Economic and financial management of investments
- Managing team of 4

**Knowledge and experience required**:

- Degree in economics
- Job related experience for at least 5 years on a managerial level, gained in the role of AFC Manager within structured and modernly organized environmnet
- Excellent knowledge of the office package and knowledge of the SAP management system
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and leadership skills
