Skills and Experience:
Experience dealing with unions and keep the company and employees interests as a priority. Train and coach fist line managers to improve their managerial styles and promote a healthy relationship with employees. Advice on legal compliance and polices for both regions. Take care of daily HR tasks like:
employee retention and satisfaction, reward scheme and organisational chart design. Implement successful HR practises and strategies in Italy and France (performance and talent management, succession planning, compensation planning, staffing, training and development, diversity and inclusion, rewards & recognition, and employee communication). Advise on employee relations and challenges at all levels of the organization.
