**RESPONSABILE DI PRODUZIONE - automotive**

La figura, riportando al Responsabile di Stabilmento e coordinandosi con le funzioni Programmazione, Logistica, Qualità, Manutenzione e HSE, si dedicherà in modo efficace alle attività di produzione dell'area assegnata dalla pianificazione delle stesse fino alla consegna in ottica di qualità e sicurezza garantendo il rispetto dei volumi e delle tempistiche di evasione con attenzione al livello di servizio e dei costi.

**RESPONSABILITA’**

Gestione delle performances degli impianti produttivi e attrezzature di produzione dell'area assegnata

Gestione e pianificazione delle attività di pluralità operatori su turni favorendo la collaborazione, valorizzandone capacità e le attitudiniI

Interazione con le altre funzioni di stabilimento e di BU per migliorare gli standard, implementare soluzioni e definire contromisure

Collaborazione costante con la Logistica per l'ottimizzazione della produzione e del successivo confezionamento

Definizione degli indicatori e dei parametri di valutazione relativi all’andamento delle attività e successiva reportistica

Assicurazione della tutela della sicurezza ed igiene del lavoro e dell’ambiente nel rispetto delle normative vigenti, garantendo il corretto utilizzo delle attrezzature, degli impianti e dei presidi di sicurezza nell’area di competenza, predisponendo procedure ed impartendo istruzioni ed ordini precisi atti allo svolgimento in sicurezza delle attività

Conoscenza delle procedure e dei riferimenti organizzativi e gestionali per far fronte alle emergenze ambientali

**REQUISITI**

Desideriamo incontrare profili di laureati in Ingegneria preferibilmente meccanica, che dimostrino un‘ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, documentabili competenze anche sui processi di assemblaggio, sulle metodologie lean, sugli standard Genba Kanri o similari, e sulle regole di saturazione delle attrezzature. Dovrà, inoltre, conoscere, applicare e gestire gli indicatori in materia di sicurezza del lavoro e dimostrare competenze di gestione dei costi di trasformazione di ogni singola fase del processo di produzione

**SKILLS**: Autorevolezza, leadership, problem solving, passione, capacità di operare per scadenze e priorità gestendo in autonomia le proprie attività, team working, capacità di gestione e organizzazione di pluralità di risorse operanti su turni, di comunicazione relazione e mediazione con Clienti, enti interni ed esterni
