**Warehouse associate & Purchase Support**

The location of this position is in Sinter Sud - Sant'agata de Goti - BN.

**Job Summary**

Hyperion Materials & Technologies is looking for Coordinate and manage the resources of the raw material, semi-finished and finished product warehouses guaranteeing the flow of materials to external and internal customers according to their needs, ensuring that the company's safety, environmental and quality requirements are met. Ensure uninterrupted supply of material and services to the Production Unit with a focus on delivery, quality, and cost. Issue and schedule purchase orders based on set production plans, MRP suggestions and manual requisitions. Support the Warehouse and Logistic Dpt. In their activity. The responsibilities will be:

- Actively participate in the implementation of processes and policies with the objective of improving the material flow in the plant, focusing on Lead-time reduction and improved safety of delivery to customers.
- Manage and execute all physical warehouse process activities: loading and unloading, receiving and dispatching of material, packing and unpacking, as well as internal logistics; taking into account the associated documentary activities: receipts, delivery notes, invoices and shipping documents.
- Record incoming and outgoing goods, keeping the inventory updated in terms of quantities and location.
- Preparation and control of inventory execution of the different warehouses of the company.
- Internal management of the necessary packaging according to the production needs and follow up of the same.
- Expedite and adjust purchase orders to accommodate changes in the production plan.
- Ensure compliance to Hyperion’s global procurement policy.
- Deliver cost improvements thru policy compliance.
- Support development and implementation of local sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with, and use of global and local contracts.
- Work according to processes, leveraging systems and tools.
- Update and manage spend data in ERP, and other applicable systems according to policies and procedures.
- Identify and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Provide regular demand forecasts to selected key suppliers.
- Ensure updating of procurement spend data in ERP, and other applicable systems

**Your profile**

We are looking for someone with:

- Advanced knowledge MRP
- IT Knowledge: advanced user in Microsoft Office. M3 knowledge is preferred
- Languages: Required: Fluent in English.
- Experience in industrial company preferred
- Preferred experience in a purchasing, supply chain, logistic, warehouse
- Technical High school, Degree (Economics preferred)
- Communicative, organized, dynamic and proactive professional, clever in take decisions offering solutions to our clients.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary team and in changing environments
