We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Manager to oversee our company's treasury operations within a truly global business.

The role covers the length and breadth of all operational treasury aspects with some strategic capability required. Building on the relationships with our banking counterparts and refining the liquidity management process along with assisting on the debt compliance, managing the debt rollovers on the senior debt and the acquisition facility and drawing on the revolving when required. There will also be a requirement for an ongoing review of the risks associated with foreign exchange and interest rate exposures of the company.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage and mitigate the financial risks of the company and will also be a key communicator for our banking relationships. It reports into the Global Head of Controlling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liquidity Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and financial obligations.
- Investment Management: Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns on excess cash.
- Risk Management: Identify and assist in the mitigation of financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risks.
- Treasury Operations: Oversee daily treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash management and accurate financial transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on cash flow, investment performance, and financial risk exposures.
- Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.

**Requisiti**:

- A degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a professional certification (e.g., AMCT) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or a related field in multinational function.
- A strong understanding of Treasury frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and understanding of financial instruments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; excellent communication and leadership skills.
