**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Garantire in accordo con il piano di sviluppo concordato con il proprio responsabile:
- Attività di supporto clinico/sanitario al team commerciale di area VitalAire e OPS Medicasa
- Attività di supporto, formazione e consulenza agli specialisti Ospedalieri (Medici, FKT, Infermieri)
- Gestione delle attività e raccolta dati dei progetti VBHC
- Supporto sanitario domiciliare a pazienti e caregivers in trattamento respiratorio domiciliare (Adulto e pediatrico)
Svolge formazione, consulenza e assistenza ai Clinici Ospedalieri, FKT, Infermieri in merito all'utilizzo dei vari devices e all'individuazione della corretta terapia relativamente alla patologia del paziente. Conduce attività di formazione sanitaria in ambito respiratorio rivolta al Team commerciale Vitalaire e OPS Medicasa.
Funge da riferimento sanitario per i pazienti (e caregivers) in trattamento respiratorio domiciliare arruolati nei vari progetti BVHC nei quali è coinvolto come Case Manager e per tutti gli assistiti in carico che necessitano di supporto nella gestione della terapia domiciliare (rinforzo educazionale, motivazionale, gestione dell'interfaccia, ecc.) Riferimento interno per la gestione dei pazienti pediatrici in ventilazione domiciliare (Progetti VBHC e non) Partecipazione a congressi ed eventi scientifici in supporto al team commerciale Partecipazione a congressi ed eventi scientifici in qualità di relatore Supporto alla DS per la stesura di protocolli clinici e la valutazione di nuovi progetti.
