Essentia è il nuovo format di ospitalità pensato per chi cerca il relax e l’equilibrio tra corpo e mente attraverso attività ed esperienze legate al territorio. Location uniche, di medie dimensioni che assicurano un ambiente raccolto e un servizio accurato.

**Posizione**:
Per raccontare tutta la meraviglia di VOIhotels e VRetreats abbiamo bisogno di nuovi talenti e siamo alla ricerca di uno/a stagista che supporti il Dipartimento Marketing presso la nostra sede di Roma e che avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Supporto nella ricerca partner di co-marketing, definizione di accordi e realizzazione di piccoli progetti in collaborazione con il Brand Manager
- Organizzazione e realizzazione dei Press trip con il Brand Manager ed in coordinamento con i PR esteri e l’ufficio stampa interno
- Gestione, con input e selezione a cura del Brand Manager, delle richieste di singole visite di giornalisti che arrivano in forma diretta oppure attraverso le affiliazioni (LHW, SLH e Hyatt)
- Aggiornamento dei siti aziendali e dei relativi e-commerce (caricamento di testi, immagini, video etc.) formazione a cura del Digital Marketing Manager
- Aggiornamento materiale pubblicitario per presentazioni, brochure aziendali, revisione di copy e supporto content ed utilizzo di Chat GPT o altro software
- Gestione rapporti e contrattualistica con fornitori esterni
- Monitoraggio e aggiornamento dei costi di marketing e comunicazione
- Monitoraggio della concorrenza su attività di comunicazione e compilazione di reportistica

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea preferibilmente in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia
- Ottima capacità di espressione orale e scritta (redazione di brevi testi, editing, sintesi)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Curiosità e propensione ad apprendere
- Creatività, precisione, capacità di organizzazione e predisposizione al lavoro in team
