**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di un **Manufacturing Consultant** da coinvolgere su progetti nazionali e internazionali.
**Requisiti**:
- Analisi e supporto nell’implementazione di progetti di miglioramento nel processo di programmazione operativa della produzione, dalla ricezione dell’ordine di produzione, alla schedulazione
- Analisi e supporto nell’implementazione di progetti di efficientamento dei reparti produttivi e dei processi di asservimento dei materiali: lavorazioni e montaggi
- Supporto nell’implementazione dei principali indicatori di efficienza (OEE) e definizione relative azioni di miglioramento
- Supporto nell’analisi ed ottimizzazione dei layout di stabilimento
- Supporto a specialist Planning nell’ottimizzazione dei processi di gestione dell’ordine cliente
- In collaborazione con specialist tecnologo, supporto ad implementazione sistemi di automazione della produzione
- Applicazione delle principali tecniche Lean (produzione a flusso, kanban, 5S)
**Altre informazioni**:
- Hai una laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale
- Conoscenza dei processi di gestione della produzione
- Conoscenza di base per supportare l’efficientamento di un reparto/linea produttiva, sia lavorazioni che montaggi
- Conoscenza del concetto di KPI per la valutazione della performance in fabbrica
- Analisi statistica dei dati
- Capacità di elaborazione di presentazioni/relazioni
