Posizione Aperta**:Customer Care & Back Office Specialist**

**Cosa Farai**:

- Gestirai anagrafiche clienti, preventivi, ordini e campionature nel nostro sistema ERP.
- Gestirai gli ordini e-commerce, assicurando un processo fluido dalla ricezione all'evasione. Inoltre, gestirai con attenzione e tempestività le richieste post-vendita attraverso la piattaforma Zendesk, garantendo un'esperienza impeccabile.
- Coordinerai spedizioni, gestendo la documentazione di trasporto CEE, monitorerai ordini fino alla consegna e gestirai le sfide post-vendita.
- Sarai il punto di riferimento per gli Export Manager, supportandoli nella gestione delle richieste dei clienti.
- Ti interfaccerai con la rete di vendita (Showroom, Premium Dealer, agenti).
- Garantirai una customer experience di alto livello, comprendendo e supportando le esigenze e le aspettative dei nostri clienti.
- Condurrai attività proattive di cross-selling quando il prodotto richiesto non è disponibile.
- Gestirai follow-up con clienti per pagamenti in sospeso durante l'elaborazione degli ordini.
- Instraderai e monitorerai richieste attraverso vari dipartimenti - Operazioni, Logistica, Marketing e Ricerca e Sviluppo.

**Cosa Cerchiamo**:

- Laurea in Economia o Lingue e Letterature Straniere.
- **Conoscenza della lingua francese e inglese**; preferenziale conoscenza di una terza lingua (**spagnolo e/o tedesco**).
- **Proattività** e orientamento agli obiettivi con forti capacità analitiche e risolutive.
- Affidabilità, flessibilità e **ottime capacità relazionali**.
- Forte orientamento al cliente e al lavoro in team.
- Curiosità verso il mondo e-commerce e desiderio di apprendere, con un approccio pratico.
- Buona conoscenza di Excel e IT tools; la conoscenza di Magento e Zendesk e di ERP come AS400 è un plus.
- Esperienza precedente, anche breve, in ruoli di Servizio Clienti o Back Office Commerciale è un plus.
