Our client is a rapidly growing and expanding MedTech company dealing with class III implantable cardiac devices. Based in **Italy and Boston - Massachusetts US**, the company develops an innovative transcatheter device that will be marketed worldwide.

With a view to expanding the workforce, they are looking for a **Program Manager** who will be primarily responsible for the projects by integrating and coordinating the contributions of all the actors and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and guide cross-functional and cross-site activities aimed at defining inputs (including those deriving from regulatory requirements).
- Estimate the project budget, including updating, planning and monitoring of resources.
- Actively manage project risks and related control actions.
- Plan and guide the project in compliance with the objectives agreed with the management regarding scope, costs, times and quality.
- lnteract, support and actively cooperate on various project activities with development, production and procurement groups, including interfaces with suppliers.
- Maintain project documentation according to the standards required by the lnnovHeart quality management system (QMS).
- Present project plans, updates and results to management and interested parties.
- Promptly report any problems relating to the progress of the project and the implementation of risk mitigation measures.
- Maintain visual management of project progress (e.g. master schedules and design review team deliverables).

**Qualifications & Capabilities**
- 3+ years of experience in program management.
- Technical, quality and regulatory background in medical devices, ideally Class III implantables.
- Execution: drives scope development and management.
- Decision Making: collects and structures the available data impacting the project.
- Strong communication skills and Team Management.
- Business Acumen.
- Critical Thinking.
- Fluency in English.
