**Responsibilities**:
Based on a diversified universal banking model, the Société Générale operates in Italy through different companies belonging to its three main core businesses: Retail Banking in France, International retail banking, financial services and insurance and Corporate and investment banking, private banking, asset management and securities services.

**Mission**:
The COO office responsibilities span over a broad perimeter ranging from managing day-to-day operations to providing strategic advice to business lines and other support functions. It oversees daily administrative and operational functions.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Quality review of the supplier’s contracts with the aim to assess for each contract its compliance to Group norms and standards, and European GDPR regulations
- Assessment of the sustainability of the process of KPI monitoring of Outsourcers and assistance to the definition and implementation of remediation actions
- Assistance to the team to address the pivotal initiatives of the division

**Profile required**:
**Studies & experience**:

- Degree or graduating in Law or Economics or similar

**Language skills**:

- Fluency in English and Italian

**Technical, operational & Soft skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of applicable local and European regulations is appreciated
- Strong communication skills
- Structured
- Meticulous and analytical
- Detail oriented
