Lavoropiu Spa - Filiale di Milano - per importante cliente operante nel settore chimico:
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una **HR Business Partner** motivato/a e qualificato/a che supporti il dipartimento Risorse Umane nella gestione strategica e operativa di attività chiave. La figura sarà il punto di riferimento per il business, collaborando con diverse funzioni aziendali e contribuendo all'ottimizzazione dei processi HR e al miglioramento dell'engagement organizzativo.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- ** Onboarding e off boarding**: Gestione del processo di ingresso e uscita del personale
- ** Contrattualistica**: Redazione e gestione dei contratti di lavoro, lettere di trasformazione e altri documenti correlati.
- ** Formazione**: Pianificazione e gestione di programmi formativi, inclusi i piani di formazione finanziata.
- ** Talent Management**: Supporto all’HR Manager per l’annuale ciclo di gestione dei talenti (performance review, talent review, succession planning).
- ** Gestione benefit**: Coordinamento di attività legate a benefit aziendali (auto aziendali, check-up annuali, ecc.) in collaborazione con l'ufficio Acquisti.
- ** Employer Branding e Engagement**: Organizzazione di eventi aziendali, team building, analisi del clima organizzativo, progetti di diversity e iniziative di branding.
- ** Organizzazione e comunicazione**: Aggiornamento e creazione di organigrammi, procedure aziendali, job description e altri strumenti organizzativi.
- ** Relazioni esterne**: Attivazione stage e gestione dei rapporti con fornitori interinali, scuole, università ed enti promotori.
- ** Categorie protette e 104**: Gestione dei processi relativi alle categorie protette e alle normative sulla disabilità.
- ** Supporto amministrativo**: Fornire supporto e backup alla figura specializzata nell’amministrazione del personale in caso di necessità.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche, psicologiche o affini.
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito HR
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
- Eccellenti doti relazionali e comunicative, con attitudine al problem-solving.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e in contesti dinamici.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore).

**Offriamo**:

- ** Contratto**: Tempo indeterminato (CCNL Chimico, Livello C).
- ** RAL**: €35.000-€40.000.
- ** Benefit**: Ticket restaurant da €8/giorno, welfare aziendale da €500/anno, polizza medica annuale.
- ** Modalità di lavoro flessibile**: 2 giorni di smart working a settimana.
