**Sede di lavoro: Parma**
Con riporto diretto al CEO ricerchiamo un CFO e CHRO che abbiamo almeno 15 anni di esperienza in ambito Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo e una pregressa esperienza nella gestione della funzione HR di almeno 5 anni**Il Ruolo Finance**:
- Assicurare il presidio ed il coordinamento di tutte le attività amministrative e finanziarie dell’azienda, mantenendo rapporti interfunzionali con tutti i dipartimenti interni ed esterni;
- Assicurare, per l’area Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo, la necessaria competenza in materia legale, fiscale, civilistica e societaria;
- Garantire il costante aggiornamento e diffusione del know how in azienda su tutta la materia di competenza divulgando i dovuti aggiornamenti;
- Assicurare il presidio del processo di controllo di gestione, supervisionando le attività di budgeting e strutturando un sistema di reportistica periodica, al fine di garantire l’aderenza delle azioni ai piani ed il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di profitto;
- Definire e proporre, di concerto con il Vertice Aziendale, la politica finanziaria della Società, assicurando la pianificazione, il reperimento e la gestione ottimale delle risorse finanziarie nel breve e medio termine;
- Assicurare la definizione della politica di bilancio garantendo analisi e congruenza dei fatti gestionali;
- Assicurare il coordinamento delle attività amministrative e finanziarie delle consociate italiane/estere;
- Supportare il Top Management e l'azienda su temi strategici tramite l’elaborazione di budget e piani economico-finanziari pluriennali.
- Garantire la supervisione della contabilità di gruppo e delle procedure amministrative - contabili per la predisposizione del bilancio consolidato annuale e di tutte le attività/allegati inerenti, nel rispetto della normativa civilistica, fiscale ed istituzionale;
- Garantire gli adempimenti in materia fiscale e tributaria (dichiarazione dei redditi, sostituti di imposta, liquidazioni IVA, ecc.);
- Contribuire alle scelte relative ad obiettivi, strategie, piani ed azioni della Società, fornendo al Vertice Aziendale valutazioni e raccomandazioni di breve e medio periodo che integrino i diversi aspetti di ordine economico, gestionale, finanziario, fiscale ed amministrativo in generale;
- Assicurare l’adeguata salvaguardia del patrimonio e delle attività della Società dai rischi di perdita;
- Assicurare il supporto agli auditors nelle attività di certificazione;
- Assicurare la valutazione economica dei nuovi investimenti e la loro conformità agli obiettivi e piani di breve, medio e lungo periodo;
- Garantire alla Società le adeguate coperture assicurative;
- Supportare il Vertice Aziendale, negli ambiti di competenza, nei processi di M&A.
**Il Ruolo HR**:
- Assicurare la guida delle HR Operations e l’eventuale aggiornamento dei processi HR coordinando il team dedicato, in particolare:
- Payroll ed HR Admin;
- Processo di HR budgeting;
- Recruitment;
- Sviluppo organizzativo ed HR Policies;
- Gestione del personale e relazioni con i dipendenti;
- Reward;
- Formazione e sviluppo;
- Comunicazione interna;
- Gestione dei sindacati e procedure disciplinari;
- Normativa del lavoro;
- Valutazione e gestione delle prestazioni.
**I Requisiti**:
- Solida competenza nei processi inerenti amministrazione, finanza e controllo di gestione anche a livello internazionale
- Lingua inglese a livello fluente
- Competenza sui principali processi in ambito HR
