**Position**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential prospects with the goal of generating interest and qualifying leads.
- Have thorough conversations with prospects, asking specific questions to understand their needs and requirements.
- Actively listen to prospects' responses to gather valuable information and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they meet the requirements for further engagement.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to align on strategies and improve prospecting techniques.
- Document all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Utilize dialer software efficiently, with a preference for those experienced with Mojo Dialer.
- Conduct follow-up calls and to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Achieve individual and team targets for the number of calls made, leads qualified.
- Follow company guidelines and protocols in all interactions with prospects to maintain a professional and consistent approach.
- Manage and overcome objections and rejections in a professional manner, maintaining a positive attitude.

**Qualifications**:
One year of positive experience in outbound sales or outbound prospecting. Reliable internet connectivity and reliable electricity.
- Fluent in English with little to no accent.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Must be motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Excellent listening skills, not only to prospects, but also to managers and fellow team members.
- High level of integrity and honesty in all interactions with prospects and team members.

Must maintain a positive, professional, and patient demeanor at all times. Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with prospects.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle rejection effectively. Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Compensation**:

- $7.00 - $8.65/ hour + bonuses based on KPI expectation being hit.
