Exciting news We’re opening up a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Quiiky Travel As a leading LGBTQ travel company, we specialize in creating unforgettable experiences in Italy. Right now, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Operations Manager to be a key player in advancing our LGBTQ tour operator, Quiiky.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and oversee sales operations targeting the US market.
- Engage with private clients and travel agencies, ensuring tailored LGBTQ travel experiences.
- Drive client acquisition initiatives, contributing to the expansion of our client portfolio.
- Uphold high standards of customer service through effective communication and relationship management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in planning and executing travel arrangements.
- Passion for travel and in-depth understanding of the LGBTQ travel market.
- Demonstrated ability in managing customer relations.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
