Talent Acquisition Specialist fixed Term Contract

**Position Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Conduct intake meetings to fully understand job profiles to manage
- Posting adverts on STERIS Career Page and job boards
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn
- Plan and execute preliminary interviews
- Support to the organization of Talent Acquisition initiatives such as career day events or job fairs

**Education Degree**:
- Bachelor's Degree- Master's Degree**Required Experience**:
- Up to 2 years previous experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor or Master Degree plus a post graduation course in Human Resources Management
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) i.e. SuccessFactors, Workday
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen understanding of the various roles within the Organization
- Strong sense of urgency on tasks and deadlines
- Focus on results
- Data accuracy
- Previous experience in Medical Device/Pharma/Dental field will be a plus
