**Un futuro senza veicoli elettrici ed energie rinnovabili al supporto non è più immaginabile.** In questo scenario di transizione della mobilità, Electra si occupa di affrontare e risolvere uno dei principali blockers del mercato: la ricarica elettrica.

Electra innova costantemente per facilitare la ricarica dei veicoli elettrici con una rete di hub di ricarica rapida (dai 15 ai 30 minuti massimo) e con un’esperienza semplificata al massimo per il consumatore.

Con sedi a Parigi, Bruxelles, Lione e Milano,** ci siamo prefissati un obiettivo ambizioso: creare una rete europea di 8.000 punti di ricarica entro il 2030.**

**Descrizione del Ruolo**:
Stiamo cercando un Project Manager, incaricato di gestire e supervisionare la realizzazione dell'infrastruttura di ricarica ultra Fast Electra. il PM avrà il compito di interfacciarsi con gli stakeholders di progetto al fine di portare a realizzazione le IDR nei tempi e nel budget assegnato.

Sotto la responsabilità dell’Head of Operations, sarà in contatto con tutti i team di Electra (finance, Development, product etc.)

Nella tua area di competenza sarai responsabile di:

- gestire e supervisionare studi di progettazione così come le imprese esecutrici
- relazionarsi con gli enti pubblici per la fase di permitting
- relazionarsi con i DSO locali
- supervisionare che gli standard qualitativi Electra siano rispettati da tutti gli stakeholders
- lavorare a stretto contatto con il resto del team operations al fine di migliorare i processi all’interno del team
- effettuare la reportistica per monitorare lo stato avanzamento dei progetti
- monitorare costi e tempistiche di progetto
- analizzare le offerte economiche delle aziende appaltatrici

**Profilo richiesto**:

- Cerchiamo un Project Manager (3 anni minimo di esperienza) per poter realizzare infrastrutture di ricarica ultrafast_

**Competenze richieste**:

- _ Capacità nell’individuare, implementare e portare a termini le diverse fasi di un progetto _
- _Proattività e spirito di iniziativa col fine di migliorare ed efficientare la realizzazione dei progetti_
- _ Ottime capacità relazionali con colleghi e controparti_
- _ Capacità organizzative e di portare a termine i task assegnati_
- _ Efficienza e costante attenzione all’ottimizzazione dei processi_
- _ Accuratezza ed attenzione al dettaglio_
- _ Conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata_
- _ Laurea in ingegneria elettrica/gestionale o cultura equivalente_
- _ Comunicazione fluida, chiara e trasparente_

**I plus**:

- esperienza pregressa in ambiente di start-up ed e-mobility
- Buona conoscenza del mercato elettrico nazionale
- Background gestione progetti e/o progettazione
