**About the Role**
- Be responsible for monitoring R&D costs to explain, on a regular basis, variances on R&D project. Be able to build a close relationship with Engineering department, as business partner.
- Be responsible for monitoring all R&D costs at divisional level, closely working with foreign companies.
- Work in coordination with R&D Leaders and Project Manager to support planning, budgeting and forecasting process of R&D projects.
- Manage in coordination with Marketing and Project Manager department return of investment process, monitoring results and communicate main variances.
- Support monthly actual closing for R&D and new businesses.
- Mange and develop reporting system ensuring accurate and timely information on R&D project costs, reason of variances, profitability of R&D investments.
- Occasionally support tax credit activities with appropriate reporting.

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management engineering.
- Fluent English.
- 5+ year in controlling department.
- Experience with multinational manufacturing companies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
- SAP knowledge is preferential.
