Our client is an leading Italian company leading in its sector.

**Posizione**:
The Purchasing Manager has the overall responsibility for all purchasing activities, projects, and processes and supervises all purchasing team members.
- Role and Responsibilities: _
- Responsible for supplier management, cost reducing plan, contract negotiation and scouting of global and more competitive suppliers to maximize positive impact to the organization;
- Propose and manage multi-countries purchase synergies;
- Reporting and analysis, capture of data, collaboration with financial departments for documented the financial performance of his/her targets;
- Manages interpersonal relationships with suppliers and contributes to the measurement and reporting of performance;
- Develops key vendor relationships;
- Manages and builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure engagement.

**Requisiti**:

- Requirements:_
- Master’s Degree;
- Relevant experience in the purchasing function in manufacturing companies (previous experience in plastic/rubber/metal business can be a plus);
- Advanced level of English;

We’d like to meet analytical and structured person with strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work, good planning and coordination skills, ability to work in a dynamic team. SAP or advanced ERP knowledge required.
