**CAPO RICEVIMENTO**

Mansioni:

- supervisionare le operazioni quotidiane del Front Office
- gestire le prenotazioni, check-in e check-out degli ospiti
- comunicare e coordinare le attività con gli altri reparti
- fornire formazione e supporto al personale di reception
- assicurare un alto standard di accoglienza e servizio al cliente
- risolvere eventuali problemi o reclami degli ospiti

Requisiti:
Competenze tecniche:

- Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione alberghiera e delle procedure di Front Office
- Capacità di gestire situazioni impegnative e risolvere problemi
- Competenze organizzative e amministrative

Soft skills:

- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di leadership
- Orientamento al cliente e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione
- Abilità nel gestire e motivare un team

Si richiede esperienza significativa in ruoli di gestione del front office o simili, disponibilità a lavorare in turni flessibili, inclusi festivi.

Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato full time C.C.N.L. Turismo.
