Spector Padel House (SPH) è una fast-growing company che sta sviluppando il #1 network di padel club in Italia. SPH progetta, sviluppa e gestisce padel-club in ossequio al “_Metodo Spector_”: il quale valorizza i bisogni di giocatrici e giocatori attraverso un approccio operativo integrato.
La missione dell’azienda, che prende il suo nome dal CT della Nazionale Italiana di padel Gustavo Spector, è quella di essere inclusiva e, al contempo, garantire eccellenza e professionalità creando valore per tutti gli stakeholders.
- RUOLO_
Siamo alla ricerca di una/un _FRONT DESK_ da inserire all'interno del team desk della Spector House di Milano Barona che si occupi principalmente di attività di front-office e back-office.
La risorsa si interfaccerà direttamente con il Padel Manager di SPH Milano Barona per la promozione delle attività padel e per la rendicontazione delle stesse.
- RESPONSABILITA'_
La risorsa dovrà, in coordinamento con le altre risorse del team desk e con il Padel Manager, occuparsi di:
1. Raccogliere e gestire le prenotazioni dei campi da padel per partite, lezioni e tesseramenti da parte dei clienti con i relativi incassi;
2. Vendere attivamente i servizi padel, in particolare lezioni, match, tornei ed eventi, alla clientela della Spector House di Milano Barona;
3. Utilizzare correttamente il gestionale di prenotazione campi (Playtomic) andando a completare il lavoro di Padel Manager e del corpo Coach;
4. Collaborare con l'HQ di SPH relativamente alla gestione delle attività amministrative e contabili;
- REQUISITI_
Sarà di fondamentale importanza che la risorsa sia in grado di (i) amalgamarsi rapidamente con il team; (ii) assimilare velocemente gli standard ed i processi di vendita e di rendicontazione dei servizi padel; (iii) essere, sin dal principio, in grado di promuovere e vendere i servizi padel offerti dalla Spector House di Milano Barona, (iv) utilizzare correttamente gli strumenti di gestione propri dell'attività quali Playtomic e Microsoft Excel; e (v) essere portatore/trice di sorrisi e buonumore :)
Requisiti altrettanto fondamentali sono: ottime capacità relazionali, massima attenzione per i dettagli, puntualità e precisione, e buona padronanza del pacchetto office, in particolare Excel. La conoscenza ed il corretto utilizzo di Powerpoint, rappresenta senz’altro un vantaggio, così come l’interesse per l’industria sportiva e per il padel.
