Siamo alla ricerca per la Direzione General Counsel di un Legal Counsel appartenente alle **categorie protette ex L. 68**, per il team **Legal Retail, Digital & Sourcing**.
Ricoprendo tale ruolo potrai entrare a far parte di un team di sei professionisti e ti occuperai di fornire supporto legale specialistico in relazione a servizi di pagamento, credito al consumo, credito immobiliare ai consumatori, tecniche di comunicazione a distanza, leasing finanziario, codice del consumo, tutela marchi e brevetti, diritto d’autore e diritto successorio.
Sei la persona che stiamo cercando se possiedi i seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza;
- Esperienza pregressa nella redazione di pareristica e contrattualistica presso banche, società finanziarie o studi professionali specializzati;
- Conoscenza del quadro normativo relativo alle tematiche indicate;
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese giuridico.
